We went on two community
serve field trips last week. The first one we went to GJP and The Genesis
Shelter. We went to the GJP to learn what they do everyday. This guy Mr.
Sanchez talked about what he does on his job. He helps people that are prisoners
so when they get out they could be on the right path. Some people they can’t
help because maybe they don’t have right things and they can’t be helped. Then
at the end we went on a tour around the campus and Ms. Johnson took us on one
this was a good trip. Then we left there and went to The Genesis Shelter where we
donated some baby bottles and diapers. We saw what they do everyday we went
into a classroom and played with kids a little bit. Then we went up stairs and
saw where the families stay while there are on campus. This was a good trip.
Community serves is viable because it good to help others because they might
not be healthy get all of the stuff they need.
